Adidat Digital provides done-for-you marketing and automation services for local service businesses, including CRM and pipeline setup, marketing automation, reputation management, paid advertising management, and AI voice and chat services. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for paid engagements are set out in a separate service agreement.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
3.SMS / text messaging terms & conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through our website chat widget or an opt-in form — you agree to receive text messages from Adidat Digital LLC at the number you provide. The following terms apply to our text messaging program:

- Account & transactional — replies to your inquiry, appointment and booking confirmations and reminders, service and account notifications, and customer-care responses.
- Marketing & promotional (only if you opt in to marketing) — offers, promotions, product and service updates, and news.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
- Opt-out
- You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help

- Carriers
- Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent
- Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
4.Email communications
If you provide your email address, you agree that we may send you account, service, and (where you opt in) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
5.Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Adidat Digital and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
6.Acceptable use

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or lead volume. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adidat Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
